Why PetDesk?

PetDesk provides our clients with a single app for their pet’s health, and connects clients with their clinic so they can make more informed pet health decisions. With PetDesk you can request appointments, refill food and medications, and access your pet’s health records and vaccination status. You can also set up reminders and to-do lists to help you remember when your pet is due for medication.

What if I Need an Urgent Appointment?

Online scheduling is only available for routine, non-urgent appointments. If your concern is of an urgent nature, please call us directly at 250-656-9911

Some examples requiring urgent care include:

  • Difficulty breathing, open mouth breathing or using extra effort to breathe
  • Stumbling, or unable to stand
  • Known toxin ingestion (ie: Chocolate, grapes/raisins, anti-freeze, toxic plants, etc.)
  • Sudden and frequent vomiting
  • Frequent, non-productive attempts at urinating
  • Pets who have not eaten or drank in 24+ hours

How do I Access my Pet's Vaccinations Records?

Do you have an upcoming grooming appointment or puppy class that requires your pet’s vaccination history? With PetDesk you can easily email a copy of your pet’s vaccination records to yourself.

Under the “Pets” tab select “Medical Records”, press the paper airplane symbol in the bottom right corner to “Share Medical Records”, enter your email address and hit “Send”. It’s that easy!
